Jennifer Borri-Farmer

Paralegal

Jennifer has been working in the intellectual property field for nearly twenty years with a particular focus on trademark and copyright law.  She began her career at Michael Best & Friedrich LLP, working on both trademark and copyright prosecution and maintenance matters.  She later joined the intellectual property firm of Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione (now Brinks Gilson & Lione) where she worked primarily with foreign associates on international trademark portfolios.  In 2006, Jennifer began working with the members of Wilcox IP and primarily assists in providing extensive trademark, design mark and domain name research and clearance.  Additionally, she assists in all aspects of the prosecution and maintenance of client trademark portfolios.

As well as trademark research, prosecution and portfolio maintenance, Jennifer has experience in intellectual property licensing and agreements as well as ensuring proper procedures are in place for patent portfolio maintenance.

When not in the office, you will likely find Jennifer writing, reading, cooking and spending time with her family – namely, her husband, their two daughters, two (lovable) dogs and one (emotionally unavailable) cat.
